Waste Clearance

Our specialised team of sub Contractors will provide a free quotation. They will them remove any waste in specialised tipping trucks with a usual turnaround of 24 hours maximum. We can operate at various different times of the day to suit your needs.

Our guards keep constant contact with their supervisor / manager by mobile telephone, to 24hour manned control centre. All guards are uniformed, and uniforms will depend on site. If you need a car park guard they will be uniformed with highly visable clothing, always displaying company logo. Specialised Builders Cleans

CSM have successfully Tendered and completed works for various house builders and construction companies. We hold CIS4 Tax Registration and all staff working on building sites are put through the company Health & Safety training course.

Builders Cleans generally consist of two separate cleans:

Initial Clean:
Removal of builders dirt and dust build up before property is painted internally.

Final Clean:
Usually takes place day or two before new occupier moves in. Removal of build up of dust, and thorough clean of full property, including polishing fixtures and fittings.

Janitorial & Hygiene Supplies

CSM provide various Janitorial & Hygiene solutions to a wide range of clients, usually to clients who already receive a constant cleaning service.

Because CSM buy large stock of products that are kept in storage at the company premises, we can normally offer more competitive prices than most clients could obtain themselves.

When providing Cleaning Services at an offices, CSM will provide toilet rolls, paper hand towels, hand soap, sanitary bins, bin liners as well as all cleaning products and materials necessary to carry out work. We can add this into our contract price, or charge as and when ordered depending on the client's preference.
