Due to the nature of our business and the fact that we supply people, we know only too well that our clients quite rightly will have concerns regarding HR issues, especially in a day and age where TUPE transfer is becoming more common.

We have a fully documented TUPE Process Policy which explains in detail how we deal with this situation. We are a company with an open door policy and as such encourage employees to come and discuss any issue with us. Sometimes when we are transferring employees to our company, they can be worried about change. This is understandable, they see us as a new boss and perhaps don’t know what to expect. We are quick to reassure all new employees they need have no concerns, we treat our people well and reward hard work.
