Most people are unaware that the chemicals they use to clean their floors actually damage them over a period of time. This is due to two things; firstly many chemicals are cheap quality and have a high PH level which will eat into floor surfaces. Secondly cleaners do not dilute the chemical they use to the correct dilution rate, which means excess chemical is being put on the floor, damaging both the floor and the environment, and wasting money. Modern day companies do want to reduce their carbon footprint and this is one ideal way of helping tackle the issue. Most of our methods will leave your floors 100% PH neutral.
A floor that is cleaned and maintained correctly can more than double its lifespan, which in the long run could save a considerable amount of money for your company. We offer specifically tailored packages for premises with high footfall, these usually mean we visit your premises 3 – 4 times per annum for a full strip, seal and diamond polish, and between such times your own staff are left with the correct guidance on how to maintain the floor on a daily basis.
