Security, The CSM Way
At CSM we understand there has to be a point of difference between our competitors and ourselves. During our initial meeting at your premises we will carry out a full area walk round and inspection. From this we will be able to assess where the most likely threats lie, and then be able to create a specification tailored to suit your individual needs. We will ask various questions, some of which may even sound strange, but when we explain our reasons you will see that CSM’s unique approach is why we offer real protection, for you, your client’s, your staff, and your premises.
Nowadays when a number of Security contracts go out to tender, staff are transferred via TUPE employment law. Most companies, who successfully secure a contract like this, will often make the assumption that staff have received adequate training. Then, when something goes wrong, they will hide behind the fact these members of staff have been forced upon them. This is totally wrong!!
In a day and age when Corporate Manslaughter cases are on the constant rise, you as the Manager, Owner, or Director of any premises should be fully satisfied your Security Company is providing you with the best protection possible.
We are confident that when taking on any contract, including those when staff are transferred to our company, we can provide the highest level of Security. The quality of a Security service, like many other support services, relies on the people on the front line who deliver it. All TUPE staff, like our own, are given additional training that will allow them to provide the highest level of protection.
