CSM specialises in dealing with long term Cleaning & Maintenance contracts for a number of different organisations - whether you are a Housing Association requiring a regular close cleaning service or a private company requiring regular graffiti removal.
We currently provide services for a major Housing Association in Glasgow, providing them with a reliable and professional service at a value-for-money price. We clean all of their tenement properties. On a weekly basis, stairs are swept and washed clean, and any graffiti removed. All properties are give a monthly window and door clean, and in addition, all close walls are given a deep clean every three months.
We also provide long term contracts to various premises across the city, taking care of all cleaning needs for the companies located there as well as attending to the communal areas of the buildings. Long-term contracts in the building trade have been completed, giving construction companies the peace of mind that when someone has bought a new property from them, they know it will be handed over in sparkling condition.
We at CSM believe that the point of any long-term contract is to provide a long-term solution for our clients. We believe that any organisation putting a cleaning contract out to tender is primarily seeking a company that they can trust and rely upon to be there and see out the job properly. We always ensure that for any contracts requiring a number of operatives, a supervisor is on site to oversee operations. Supervisors in turn work closely with Management and Directors to ensure that quality is maintained.
